Breakfast eater!

Good Morning all, 

Hope you had a wonderful weekend. There is something about just resting and not working, no matter how much you love your job, being away from it brings some sort of peace to our heart and a new start to the week.

As you start the week, benefits for doing physical activities:

Mental health: regular exercise can help reduce stress and anxiety and also encourage better sleep.

Blood sugar levels: promotes healthy blood sugar levels to prevent or control diabetes

Breakfast, I will always have it without fail. You can mix it up, Monday through Friday I have cereal. My Cereal this morning was roasted oat, raisins, coconut, Oat Milk and I found frozen fruits (berries) in my local store which I am trying, tasty and cheap.

Reasons for choosing the berries:

Raspberries: excellent source of fibre. In fact one cup of raspberries can provide 8 grams of fibre, 54% of the RDI and 41% of manganese (9).

Blackberries contain a wide array of important nutrients including potassium, magnesium and calcium, as well as vitamins A, C, E and most of our B vitamins.
