Monday Sunshine!

Wow what a lovely weekend. Lots of sunshine and getting my vitamin D. It is so lovely to see the sun rising in the morning and it always brings a smile to my face.
As we are all smiling because of the sunshine and also to me because God is good to me everyday.

Things to keep us smiling in the Sunshine:

Choosing to be healthy, and having a balanced diet also involves our fluid intake too.
So choose wisely on the fluid you intake.

WATER - stay hydrated throughout the day. 
As recommended, 6 to 8 glasses of fluid a day and water is a big part of the fluid. If drunk throughout the day there will not be much water.

To stay hydrate: have the water in bottles right next to you and visible at all times makes it easier to sip throughout the day and the chances of drinking 8 glasses increases

Avoid drinking fizzy drinks if you can.

BE GRATEFUL - giving thanks fills our heart with kindness and makes us happier. So make someone’s day by delivering a thoughtful dose of gratitude and a smile as you go about your day.

So this also involves no complaining about the weather, enjoy it because it will be gone by weekend.
