To end the theme of Mental awareness, today and any day. It is amazing to just glorify the Lord our God if not the stones will, that will not be good.
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun. Psalms 19:1 - 4 NIV
The harder we work at something, the more rewarding it is. Taking the time to go for walks makes me feel better. Clears my head and I am away from the house. Whatever makes you feel good, do it. Find the time to relax.
Dont forget that your mind is yours and always do something that will make you happy and the people around you happy. No one likes to be sad all the time, there’s a time and a season for everything.
One tip as you enter your weekend, mild dehydration can affect the mood and focus so make sure you are hydrated this weekend. Nothing like a bad mood. We all get it and we can choose to stay in it or we can purposely choose a path that is real, positive or negative. The path is yours to choose. This weekend, I chose real Hannah (your name), smiling if I am happy and if I am sad I will be sad and I am ready for whatever is in front of me. I know the Lord God is right by me walking every step with me. In Jesus Name, Amen.
“You don’t have to be positive all the time. It’s perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared and anxious. Having feelings doesn’t make you a negative person. It makes you human.” — Lori Deschene
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
1 John 4:18 NIV
Hannah-Michaela Vandi – We cannot control what happens around us but we can control our responses. Have a wonderful weekend and remember to have fun life is short and we only have one.
