Walking into the unknown

The Lord shall reign forever and ever - Exodus 15:18

The Story continues….

Nwe recalling how she got into this mess in the first place. It was meant to be a walk with her friend Folrose. Folrose became a friend and looking back, six months ago seems like a lifetime. She was coming home from a long day at work, fired for stealing secret evidence or hiding or selling to the highest bidder. What can she do now? when she saw the men from a distance couldn’t tell but as she got closer notice what was happening. Hey!, running to her and they all ran before she could get a look at them. These men where kicking and hitting her, how could they? shaking her head and looking down.

Picking her up and took her home, so small and fragile. Took months for her to show some normality, she will disappear before her eyes and reappear. And one day as she was documenting it, well let make a note of this, make a note of what? says Folrose. Jumping and almost falling off the chair, looked at her with wide eyed and could not utter a word. Thank you for saving me, she continued talking. I could have died as she turned and walked away.

So? looking at me with her big green eyes.

Thinking to myself, what can I? Coming to my senses. This is very much crazy? What do you want me to say?

Well why don’t you introduce yourself and I can tell you about me, giant woman. She says.. as sat on the bed cross legged and hand on her hair twisting around. She had this peculiar look about her and waiting expectantly.

First, rude with my back facing her. Don’t call me giant and besides you are just small and that means everyone seem like a giant to you. My name is Nwe and as I turned to look at her and she was staring at me with those big green eyes. That is all you need to know for now. What about you?

Folrose and a runaway, I really wanted to see what it was like in this world and on my first day, I got into trouble. Not liking this and no one will be looking for me anyway, so don’t worry about it.

Why didn’t you do the invisible trick to get away? As I ask and looking at the notes and looking back at her.

Couldn’t, well too tired and was sleeping when they found me. The travel was long and it took me out and I was just taking a break to gather my energy and did not see it coming. And I could not do anything so they taught it was fun to just kill me….

BANG.. a loud noise, as the door behind us opened and walking towards the other group were about six men and they walked passed us not a glance in our direction. Talking loudly, okay I think we are almost ready. We need to get everyone together and talk it through. As they turned left, I let out a sigh of relief and only releasing I was holding my breath. That was a lucky escape, do you think they can’t see us?

Fulrose, moving away from me towards the entrance, whatever it was we should get out of here now.

Thinking to myself, well more like death wish and getting up… well no, I’m going to explore. As I stood walking down to the platform slowly, as I got to the end of the wall and looked from the corner of my eye not wanting to be surprise.

As she said, don’t think we should be snooping around. They might come back and this time we will not be luck. Following and talking so low.

I think you should listen to her, said this voice and we both turned to see who was talking..

Thanks so much for stopping by. This is a journal of imaginative mind, fiction. Come back next week to see what happens. For as humans we need to be creative, use imagination and be the best version of ourself. Just like our Father wants us to be.

Who knows the mind of a human, only God!

Have a wonderful day 🙂
