“Treasure Trove of Information”

For we are God's handiwork,
created in Christ Jesus to do good works,
which God prepared in advance for us to do
Ephesians 2:10 NIV

Love that you are here this morning, or afternoon or night, welcome to the madhouse of treasures. It is always good to walk into the vault of treasures and get the gifts or information to pass on. Whatever we do, it is a gift free of charge and to share with others for we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works and the amazing thing about God is He prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)

Wanted to share the art of working with others

Home or in the office, it is people you see on screen and in person. Notice them, be present!

Everyone is different and use that to your advantage and nurture the way you are created. In the workplace you are still the same person as home life, no different I hope. Be still, find what you can do to help others and yourself. No one is perfect, but giving up is NOT in our DNA so use wisdom wisely, fear the Lord and keep His commandments

If you are:

Encourager – the cheerleader

The person that brings positivity to the team or environment when people are down then be that person. No time like the present to be yourself and be present in the situations because you might miss a word or two.

Gatekeeper – making sure everyone gets a chance to speak up, we all need someone like this in the workplace. Who notices the minority and ensures they have a voice. Use that especially working from home. You notice the quiet ones and the ones that need a voice, then use your skills of sight to bring the best out of them. But you need to be present.

Information seeker – ask questions and encourage others to share ideas and opinions. The WHY people and the ones that ask the questions that we are all thinking of but no courage to ask. These are the ones with creative thinking with more questions to understand the puzzle and why they shaped the way they are. Encourage them, be present around them to answer the questions. Bring them along, they make the place brighten up.

Contributor – willing to share opinions and ideas. Done research and have enough expertise to add value to the team contributions. They know it all, love them. The ideas are new and researched and they get you thinking and bring the creative ideas out of everyone.

Challenger or the devil’s advocate – much needed anywhere because it slows down the team from making rash decisions when looking at different doors. In the workplace and at home we will face a room one day with many doors and you need someone that challenges why you need to go into that door, they might be giving into irrational fear but they give different options.

It is all a gift not earned by work but nurtured by your everyday use of it. They are like muscles that need to be worked on to grow. The work for muscle growth is done when not exercising, the food we eat and water we drink, and above all the rest we get.

It is the same thing with gifts, using the gifts is only part of it but behind the scene what you do makes it much stronger. Whatever you can do to nurture it, then work at it and be the best you can. Always be present in the now

Be present in the moment for you might miss
The blink of an eye
The eye that shines with tears but have no water drops
The sadness in the eye that is dull
The light in the eye that shines
The smile in the eye that twinkles
So be present by looking out for each other.

Have a wonderful week 🙂

I pray that this verses refreshes you this week:
Acts 20:24 TLV
'However, I don’t consider my life of any value,
except that I might finish my course and
the office I received from the Lord Yeshua ,
to declare the Good News of the grace of God. '
