Praises –

01

I will sing of mercy and justice
To You O Lord, I will sing praises
Psalm 101:1
09/05: Sunday Morning, Southwark, London. View from outside my flat:

Love that the sun still shines behind the cloud

Bless the Lord, O my soul
And all that is within me, bless His Holy Name.

You Lord, are more real than the thoughts in my head
How sweet are You, Lord
Your voice is more powerful
than the sound of waves from a waterfall

How sweet is the sound of Your voice
How powerful is the sound of Your voice

You are my strength, Your voice is all I can hear
I fall on my face and worship You
Nothing compares to You
I belong to You Father, I give it all to You

When I was in trouble, I call Your name
And You were my strength

Bless the Lord, O my soul
And forget not all His benefits
You have always been my strength
When I could not move
You helped me up

When I was in bed and could not get up
You lifted me up and and gave me life

I belong to You Father
Lord, You are more than enough
Let me see You only
For You are faithful

And all things started by You will be completed
Just as the sun rises and sets

Who makes the sun more brighter than anything
The Lord executes righteousness
And justice for all who are oppressed
He has made know His ways to all who look for Him

As the sun gets to it peak and
becomes brighter each hour

So is Your glory, let me bow down
Let me stand like a statue
Let me be a lampstand
Let the light shine brighter

As I fall humbly to the floor in awe and wonder
As You complete the work that You started

Even the stars around are nothing compared to You
Let us worship You in Spirit and truth
No one is like You
Compassionate, loving and the King forever

I belong to You only
You are my heart desires

Thank you for stopping by
God bless you in your journey

Secure yourself to the amazing Father
and the Lord of our Saviour Jesus Christ

Walk in His promises for Your life
Write them down

Say them out loud to yourself or anyone who will listen

Glorify His name especially in the bad weathers
His promises are trustworthy all the time

  1. “The sun still shines behind the clouds.” Hannah, that is such wisdom and insight. Thank you for sharing it. I know I too often see only the ‘clouds’ of my life as blocking out the Son. But that is not true. He is at work always and everywhere, whether I see it or not.
    Blessings,
    Chuck
