Trust in the Lord forever, For in YAH, the Lord is everlasting strength Isaiah 26:4 NKJV
Grace and peace to you from our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Wow, another week has started and I am delighted that you can drop by.
Welcome to my vault, hope you had a good weekend? For me?… I have enjoyed EURO football and the freedom to meet others. Going to restaurants of no more than six in doors. Outside of more than six, it has been fantastic.
And as we carry on reading Revelation, this Sunday my heart could not stop beating more than normal and also the football the focus of the teams playing. Well some might say it is only a game! Never say that, it brings people together and just pure joy to laugh and also cry and scream and all the emotions you could possibly muster sometimes happen in one match.
So my heart was excited about so many things. I had to sit and reflect on the sermon of Revelation 3 and looked at FOCUS
What is the focus? We can be so bugged down on the things we do that we lose sight of the most precious thing we have.
It is precious and a privilege to be chosen
Looking at focus: from a physic perspective Focus is the point where light rays originating from a point on the object converge Coverage an area that I stand in the now The very present moment The people around me The people I meet daily They are my coverage. I reflect on the words I see the faces around me I look at the front and see Jesus as the door I am the door and it is open Don't just stand outside Come in and bring your friends too All the weariness and burden Don’t you know the door is open So it is not hard to walk in Guess what I have the key and You will not believe it but it is open The DOOR is open, for I am the DOOR With open arms I welcome you. See I know the good You have done Eyes on the ball and the main aim is to win, the obstacles do come, we trip and fall but we never lay down. We become weak and running on the last legs So it is good to know that door is open And when I am weak, then I am strong Praise is one of the things that keeps me focus May Your Name always be in my mouth May Your Name be the first I speak off I will praise Your name For all the wonderful things The battle is won and we come And worship at Your feet Knowing that You have loved us With an everlasting Love Your Grace is shown to all Lord You have established peace for us O Lord our God, You have weighed the path of the just For You have been the strength to all Unblock my ears to hear You
Thank you again for stopping by it means a lot to me. Pray you have a wonderful week 🙂 We cannot control what happens around us, but we can control our responses. Be bless and know that the Lord loves you ©Hannah M Vandi. And I also pray that this verse refreshes you this week: 'However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. ' Acts 20:24 NIV
