Praises –

13:

' “Before I formed you in your mother’s womb I chose you.
Before you were born I set you apart.
I appointed you to be a prophet to the nations.”'

Jeremiah 1:5 NET
As I continue to reflect on the book of Jeremiah:

What would I say to the King of kings
The Lord of lords
Words are not just words
The Word of the Lord is power.

' Later the Lord asked me, “What do you see, Jeremiah?” I answered, “I see a branch of an almond tree.” '

What do I see?

I see the world as it comes to turmoil and
I see the things that should be dead
Are masquerading and have power over the earth

For You have conquered sin and death
For I see the flesh becoming the excuse for everything
Ignoring the power and glory of Your word

Though the land is in process of been destroyed
I know that You love the world and everything in it
And Your word will never fail or be destroyed

For You will never let the world be completely shattered
In the hands of us, So I will praise the Lord
For He prepares His children for the future

Praise the Lord, my soul
Praise Him for all He has done
Remember His goodness and mercy

For in the midst of the pandemic
It was the Lord that we cried to
And He faithfulness endures forever

Praise the Lord for He has never failed us
When all else failed
He was there and took hold of our hand

Praise the Lord, my soul
He comfort us when we needed comfort
Let us praise the name of the Lord

Praise the Lord for He feeds the birds in the air
Forget not what He has done
And what He continues to do daily

Praise the Lord, for He puts a smile on our face
Like the rising of the sun
He gives the light that shines to our hearts

Praise the Lord, my soul
For His words runs swiftly
And a two-edged sword in our hands

Praise the Lord for He has not dealt with us what we deserve
For He causes His wind to blow, and the waters flow
Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving

Praise the Lord, my soul
For all His wondrous works
For the Lord gives wisdom
Thank you for stopping by
God bless you in your journey

Secure yourself to the amazing Father
and the Lord of our Saviour Jesus Christ

Walk in His promises for Your life
Write them down

Say them out loud to yourself or anyone who will listen

Glorify His name especially in the bad weathers
His promises are trustworthy all the time
