“Treasure Trove of Information”

'In the beginning the Word already existed.
The Word was with God, and the Word was God.'
'He existed in the beginning with God.
God created everything through him,
and nothing was created except through him.
The Word gave life to everything that was created,
and his life brought light to everyone.
The light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness can never extinguish it.'

John 1:1-5 NLT

Grace and peace to you from our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Wow, another week has started and I am delighted you can drop by.

Welcome to my vault, hope you had a good weekend? For me?…

The Olympics are over and back to the Premier league. I Hope that this season United are at the top.

It was great to watch and listen.

And I got to learn a few things while watching it and listening to it. As I was at work, it was just background noise.

Listening - it might have been background noise but I still could gather a few comments here and there.
Leading me to believe that what we listen to matters a lot
A background noise is not just that
It is like letting the sun in through the window but not going out
You still get the sun.

It is such a great encourager for the next generation
They see and believe that they can
Therefore we have a great responsibility
To follow God’s example in everything we do because
We are all his children.

Courage - it takes great courage to face your opponent and the public
In this world we will face all trails
The devil comes to kill, steal and destroy BUT
Knowing that you are not fighting against flesh and blood should take the weight off
Giving us the courage to fight

Teamwork - we are never alone
Having and knowing that we fight a winning battle changes the dynamic of the game
Even working as a team we fight to win
I don’t know about you
BUT I want to receive the prize of well done my good and faithful servant

The most lesson for me was that God loves us
That everything we do He is interested in it
He smiles when we do
He cries when we cry
He laughs when we do

Separating Him from my life brings trouble
When I take the Lord with me
Cleaning up happens on the go
I mean Grace is New every day
So no piling up of the plates
They are washed clean daily

The spell was broken
The will of God becomes natural
Praying without ceasing
Giving thanks in everything

With the end of the games
All have gone Home separately unless you are a couple BUT
God is the company that does not have to leave
Lord, You are the foundation
That is stronger than anything.

So at Church the sermon was exactly what I needed to hear: Sharing in the community

Sharing through Prayer
Sharing through care
Sharing and not comparing
Sharing and not preparing

Brilliantly done by this lovely lady (Claire) wow did she punch the heavy bag out of the way:

Sharing not preparing is my thing that I was convicted off
The Lord prepares the table
The Lord invites us to the table
The Lord chooses everyone

And He wants us to be ourselves
Where ever we are
He brings the right people
And all I need to do is be myself

It is great to get up daily, above all it is great to get in the uncomfortable zone. Physically and emotionally. I never thought I would walk daily but I do against all odds. I never thought I would love people but yet I do (still work in progress). I still have things that I need to do that are uncomfortable. But that is life getting uncomfortable makes the heart beat faster and keeps me alive.
Thank you again for stopping by it means a lot to me.

Pray you have a wonderful week 🙂
We cannot control what happens around us,
but we can control our responses.
Be bless and know that the Lord loves you

And I also pray that this verse refreshes you this week:
'However,
I consider my life worth nothing to me;
my only aim is to finish the race and
complete the task the Lord Jesus has given
me—the task of testifying to the
good news of God’s grace. '
Acts 20:24 NIV
