'And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. ' 1 Thessalonians 5:14 NIV

Grace and peace to you from our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I thank the Lord God, that He has given us an opportunity to be a blessing. I pray that we will never be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord. That we will rejoice in Him always and give thanks in all things, in the name of Jesus.
Welcome to my vault, hope you had a good weekend. My weekend from Friday to Sunday, I came into the house to sleep.
We are sons and daughters of God and not slaves. One of the spiritual truths to know in our hearts. He is the God of our Salvation, who redeems and heals us from all unrighteousness.
If there is one thing I love is the word that became flesh and dwell among us to show us what it means to love, to walk Holy and blameless in the presence of God. So all can come and know Him by our examples.
God’s purpose is not for His children to perish or walk in fear. God will always do what He plans God appointed Christ to choose us Which is like a bridegroom coming out of His Chamber And rejoices like a strong man run its race
Sunday service was knowing that God is a God of Healing and so our service was on Faith for Healing. The one I pray to have always-Healing. To listen to God and not doubt
The mystery of God is made known to all of us:
'In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace ' Ephesians 1:7 NIV God is indeed the God of healing The Almighty God who saves The Lord sets the table In Christ Jesus we are all invited To feast with the Lord More room in the table for all But we have to be dressed for it We have to believe and have faith as small as a mustard seed To a move a mountain we do not need a mountain of faith For the God we serve is bigger than the mountain He needs a seed, the smallest seed will do
So prayed and allowed the Holy Spirit to come and do what He does best. And after church, I walked with a friend and listened and prayed.
I must admit I love to walk with people. It is one of the things that I took from the lockdown. We were not allowed to meet in the building so we met outside, who needed a building to pray.
God is not confined to a building and we also get to see His marvelous works.
Saturday was spent in Swanley Park, with another friend and her daughter in the park. Single mum, I don’t know how they do it but they are heroes.
Did Pedalo, for the first time and it was hard work but loved it.
I thank the Lord God That He loves everyone He create a space to serve Him He gives us all an opportunity to be a blessing
I must admit I have missed seeing so many people:
So Friday, I went for a walk again with another friend at night and forgot how alive London is at night.
It has been so long since I saw so many people in the street so imagine my shock on Friday night walking down the River Thames.
Every Summer there is a festival, live band music and people just sitting and having some sort of picnic.
As we walked along the river talking and reminding ourselves of the gifts of God. Giving testimonies and talking about TRUST. Trusting in God. And we did over a 30K walk, and well deserved street food at night.
It just reminds of the relationship we are meant to have on earth as Christ followers For if we died with Him We shall also live with Him If we endure, We shall reign with Him If we deny Him He also will deny us If we are faithless He remains faithful He cannot deny Himself As Paul wrote to Timothy It is good to know that He is the same yesterday, today and forever! Thanks for reading my journal of walking in the weekend

Today I have a nugget to share about EGGS: Please not that this is information only!
In the United Kingdom the government uses the Eatwell Plate Guide to show pictorially the different types of food we need to eat to achieve a well-balanced and healthy diet.
Eggs – have had lots of bad press
The reputation in recent years is NOT great BUT most concerns are unfounded
For instance egg yolk is high in cholesterol, but contrary to what scientists once thought, dietary cholesterol does not greatly affect blood cholesterol levels.
They can be considered to be the perfect food, handy and self-contained packages of healthy protein. Guess what, they are rich in almost every desirable nutrient.
Egg whites: contains 90 percent of the egg’s water and half of it’s protein. Rich in protein but low in fat and cholesterol and extremely useful for cooking. The egg white is very rich in Ovalbumin, the main protein.
Egg Yolk: one third of the entire egg is the Yolk, which contains half of the egg’s overall protein, three-quarters of the calories and all the Iron, thiamine (Vitamin B1), fat, cholesterol, and Vitamins A, D, E and K. In Fact, eggs are one of the few food sources of Vitamin D. It also contains essential fatty acids.
Information for vegetarian nutrients sources: Protein: milk, cheese, yoghurts, eggs, beans, lentils, peas, nuts, seeds: Eat a mix of plant protein over the day for a good intake of essential amino acids. A good daily intake is 1g/kg body weight
B12: dairy products, eggs, fortified foods: Include B12 fortified foods as part of the daily diet. The RNI for this vitamin is 1.5 micrograms
In the UK if you are vegan, then check out the NHS for vegan diet
The beauty about eggs is they are versatile and cooked in different ways, even baking.
Nugget: the quality of the egg diminishes over time, partly because the shell is highly porous, allowing moisture to escape. The white becomes runnier and the membrane around the yolk weaker as the egg dehydrates and becomes alkaline. Poached eggs and fried eggs are best when the eggs are fresh.
Oh dear, look around. It is time for me to say goodbye but... hope to see you again. Thank you again for stopping by it means a lot to me. Good bye. Pray you have a wonderful week 🙂 We cannot control what happens around us, but we can control our responses. Be bless and know that the Lord loves you Lots of Love ©Hannah M Vandi. And I also pray that this verse refreshes you this week: 'However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. ' Acts 20:24 NIV

All pictures are mine taken on the phone or camera and some edited in app 🙂
Love the pictures little sister.
The research that said eggs are bad for cholesterol was funded by cereal companies which says a lot to me 🙂
