'When the seventy-two disciples returned, they joyfully reported to him, “Lord, even the demons obey us when we use your name!” “Yes,” he told them, “I saw Satan fall from heaven like lightning! Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you. But don’t rejoice because evil spirits obey you; rejoice because your names are registered in heaven.”' Luke 10:17-20 NLT
Grace and peace to you from our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Wow, another week has started and I am delighted you can drop by.
Rejoice that Your name is written in Heaven, rejoice as the heavens rejoices when one is saved into the Kingdom.
Welcome to my vault, hope you had a good weekend? For me?…
The sun was out and that is good not only does it get me out of the house and also get my vitamin D because I need it, I spend way too much time indoors so every chance I get- I sit in the sun and enjoy the beauty of creation. I think the creator of the universe did an absolutely superb job and no one can top that off. Imagine that! The Lord spoke and the was formed
Light came, sea separated from land
Well spend some time outside and let your imagination get you into the word of impossibilities
Day dream and make it a reality
The human being was created to move The human being is like a flower that grows and blossom Believe it or not as we grow with thorns growing alongside They try to choke us Paralyse us But sometimes it is good to have it The rose at the end is worth watching than the thorns on the stem No matter how it pierced you It still gives you the smile you need It captivates anyone that looks upon it Is it worth it You bet it is The Lord our God taught it was For He sent His Son to die and to save us So let the rose grow in it time Let the petal fall off when it is ready Above all enjoy the time you have And rejoice in the Lord
Welcome to the vault: It has been long, follow me, let us see what we can find today. Oh look, something at the top of the shelf.
Do I get so busy and push aside the things that matter to my wellbeing? Do I wait until I cannot wait any longer? What good will that do?
Is that what I want?
Life is to be enjoyed and lived Let us come to conclusion of the matter Yes all must live And fear God and keep His commandments For this is man’s all Oh the questions are never ending but they are right And it is always at the right time Even if I ignore it We all talk about how we must do this and How we must do that… but time seem to elude us There is never enough of it for one day. Does that mean we need more? Well from experience NO! I don’t think it will make difference We will still not have enough time Why exercise? Why do we need to move? Well all exercises are the same right? Let us think about it… the truth is they are not. All exercise does different thing to the body Well I am not here to tell you to exercise but you can get more info on Something called high intensity interval training (HIIT). This can be implemented into a walking, running or any exercise
This information is for educational purposes only…
Instead of just thirty minutes of walking, you can alternate between walking fast for ten minutes straight to the point of running (this is high intensity) and slow pace for a minute (rest and recovery) alternating between the two. This can also apply between sprinting and just running. But it gets your heart pumping higher than normal and then slows down which is good for the body.
So the matter is:
Exercise is great for a number of reasons, not just for losing weight, or developing muscles, it has an impact on our mental well-being as well.
Exercise also detoxifies the body – we sweat out the toxins from our skin and it also strengthens our arteries and veins, bones and muscles.
Having muscles means we decrease the fat cells and clear out excess water and increase our muscle mass which is good for the body.
One thing is for sure, our body was not designed to sit in one position all day.
So enjoy the day by taking it slowly and walking fast and then slow pace your walk. It does wander to the mind and body. Until next time…
Thank you again for stopping by it means a lot to me. Pray you have a wonderful week 🙂 We cannot control what happens around us, but we can control our responses. Be bless and know that the Lord loves you ©Hannah M Vandi. And I also pray that this verse refreshes you this week: 'However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. ' Acts 20:24 NIV
