Walking into the unknown

Then He said to them,
“These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.”
And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the scriptures.

Luke 24:44-45

Life in the Unknown world continues… Welcome to the world of walking into unknown places and life is no different. Yet we seem to be surprised at what lies ahead.

What is happening now has happened before.

Nothing is new under the sun.

The story continues…

Athan knew that something had happened and just did not know what. He needed to find out where they had gone before anything else happened.

Getting back to Kaih as quickly as he can, the doors open… they left before I got there.

Kaih looked away. I was planning on leaving, and my services are not free. You cannot be free to walk in and out.

You cannot leave, and I will pay you anything you want. We need to find them and you will have to get me there before they do any damage that cannot be reversed.

I am under orders to stay away from you. Getting to the end of the room, something was not right and how can he say no to a man that kills people for even saying yes to hide himself.

Don’t be ridiculous and who told you that?

I cannot disclose my source but you can never come back here after this.

Athan looked at the ground, then out the window and back at Kaih.

His eyes were hard. So what exactly did this source say?

He or she wasn’t specific. He paused. If I continue to help – if I stay around here – will you promise me that I will not be harmed?

He stared at him. He wanted to know who it was and he cannot promise anything. Loose ends was not his speciality. He just cannot walk away without the need to get rid.

‘Of course you won’t be harmed.’

Promise me, said Kaih. Getting his book out and looking at the pictures, you must swear to the gods. I will need this in writing and if anything you will never get help from any of us in the future.

Wanting to meet with the two ladies, he will have to find a way to get this book. It seems like he was clever after all, keeping an insurance from everyone and the last name was Amiya. He will need to get hold of it and then no one will know as he signed.

That is just a copy, if you are thinking of taking it. As it disappears on the screen. Don’t look so shocked, I have lived for this long among you demons because that book is not visible once it is signed.

Don’t look so shocked, you are demons if you don’t behave as humans. So for over 500 years many have tried and failed. I will help this time and I want something in return if you want to get to them, you will bring it to me soon.

Taking something out from the drawer, see this is my price? Bring and you have a safe passage to and I cannot guarantee a safe return back but I will show you how to get back.

It is easy to find and you can get it in any of the shops so be quick while I locate them and prepare the way.

With a dismal look, he went into the room to continue his search and a way of moving away from this place. This was going to be dangerous and he wanted no part of it, his hands were already burning and the flame was getting hot enough to crisp his fingers.

The blade on his back told him exactly what he feared would happen.

I don’t have time for games… you need to locate them now and quite frankly help from others is not my strong suit so today I take off the last one. Unless you want your blood spilled over this place you will do the job right now without any questions.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

I seem to like the short story in the moment 🙂

This is a journal of imaginative mind, fiction and also not much editing letting the words flow. Come back next week to see what happens. For as humans we need to be creative, use imagination and be the best version of ourself. Just like our Father wants us to be.

Who knows the mind of a human, only God!

I do love the Lord and I love that you took the time to read my blog. Bless you.

Have a wonderful day 🙂
