Walking into the unknown

'And I am praying that you will put into action the generosity that comes from your faith as you understand and experience all the good things we have in Christ.
Your love has given me much joy and comfort, my brother, for your kindness has often refreshed the hearts of God’s people.'

Philemon 1:6-7 NLT
Sembehun, Sierra Leone

Life in the Unknown world continues… Welcome to the world of walking into unknown places and life is no different. Yet we seem to be surprised at what lies ahead.

What is happening now has happened before.

Nothing is new under the sun.

The story continues…

What do you think we can get from here? Said Fulrose

Well it is not, but this is exactly where I want to end all this on my own terms. It has been long and someone has to let go of the rope. Nwe admitted

So it is a trap?

Yes …

and why didn’t you not let me in on it or Cassa?

She looked thoughtful. Athan can read Cassa’s intentions and emotions, not sure if he can read the mind but I want her to make a choice.

So you think she will come with him?

Yes but it should be willing not compulsion, for him to get here and use her as the shield. I am counting on him doing that.

Well we better get down and hide or something?

She nodded.. thinking of the first day she had walked into the cave.

It was not a coincidence that she had walked past and seen the place. She doesn’t believe in coincidences. She felt a pang of guilt as she had taken Nwe with her afterward to see the place, and knowing what was about to come….She could not see at the moment only the adventure and excitement.

“About two months ago, I knew this was dangerous but never said anything when you followed. I didn’t think of asking how you felt. I wanted to see if I can learn something from them. I also wanted to find the truth at all costs, it is dangerous and you are welcome to run as far as you from this place

Are you sure? You might have seen what your mind wants you to see and also live all the fun to you….well I am here out of free will and no I did know what I was getting into. My eyes were wide open and ready to jump into the sea with you ——

I am no fool, Fulrose. She held her gaze. Yes my memory might have had a glimpse but it was not false.

Nwe frowned. Okay carry on.

Well, it will not end well. All the different scenarios did come back with the same conclusion.

Okay show me and maybe we can see a different side this time together.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

I seem to like the short story in the moment 🙂

This is a journal of imaginative mind, fiction and also not much editing letting the words flow. Come back next week to see what happens. For as humans we need to be creative, use imagination and be the best version of ourself. Just like our Father wants us to be.

Who knows the mind of a human, only God!

I do love the Lord and I love that you took the time to read my blog. Bless you.

Have a wonderful day 🙂
