Walking into the unknown

' But you must seek only the place he chooses
from all your tribes to establish
his name as his place of residence,
and you must go there. '

Deuteronomy 12:5 NET

As deep as the ocean our Lord is greater
And He does wondrous things
He is the only God
No good thing will he withhold
For those who walk uprightly

Life in the Unknown world continues… Welcome to the world of walking into unknown places and life is no different. Yet we seem to be surprised at what lies ahead.

What is happening now has happened before.

Nothing is new under the sun.

The story continues…

Cassa closed her eyes.

As the thought sent triple fear through her mind to her spine causing her to stand. Slowly moving towards the window she closed her eyes and quickly pushed it aside.

She has no idea how long they have been in the room for as nothing indicates time, but it seems like it was darker than when they entered the house.

The dark red moon stood out in the black sky, indicating a cry for help and danger on the way. As upcoming thoughts try to filter it way through she pushes aside.

Looking around the room, Nwe seemed deep in thought with the sword. She had saved her life and now .. taking a deep breath she sent the memory away.

Obviously she was wrong to send it away, so  it could be used later as she sat again.

You have to move again from here said Nwe

Deep in thought she indicated a corner of the room with shadows covering the floor.

But I have not done anything..

Perhaps not, but I need you in the shadows before we face him.

As Nwe moved into the outer room leading to the outside, Fulrose followed closely. Stepping outside the house into the courtyard.

What do you hope to gain from walking out of here? Asked Fulrose

Nothing but a clear head. Reaching out for the sword as the air changed. She felt them coming. A man and woman had entered the courtyard  and were walking toward them.  She looked up and sucked in breath. Her eyes could see at least two more were up on the trees ahead.

She caught her breath in disbelief as five more appeared.

Vibrations rang through the sword as it glows familiar black. Fulrose you need to get away from here and get Cassa.

No, staring into her eyes intently.

Slowing her breathing, she closed her eyes. It was no use arguing.

Fulrose moved and jumped in the air landing on the tree above housing the others.

All heads immediately turned to face her. She felt the presence of Cassa in her mind as she became one with the sword. She was at least safe…

Drawing the power of the sword, she began to shape the air in a circle. It seems very eager to obey her. Running away from the house, she came to a halt. Turning around she lept and caught the tree with her fingers. Two men came at her with a grasp she hauled herself towards them letting the sword move. Twisting around allowing the men to surround her, looking back and forth. They started to walk towards her and as they moved close steam billowed from the air filling the space.

They cannot see me! She felt the energy and strength. I can move in the dark.

With one accord, she moved in and stabbed one after the other moving within the shadow until it was all done as the mist moved and became clear.

As fulrose came into sight.. That was exerting!

Walking in, thank you for the mist. Don’t’ know what youre talking about said Cassa

Thanks so much for stopping by.

I seem to like the short story in the moment 🙂

This is a journal of imaginative mind, fiction and also not much editing letting the words flow. Come back next week to see what happens. For as humans we need to be creative, use imagination and be the best version of ourself. Just like our Father wants us to be.

Who knows the mind of a human, only God!

I do love the Lord and I love that you took the time to read my blog. Bless you.

Have a wonderful day 🙂

All pictures are mine, with a touch of editing app adding
