' He remains loyal and faithful to the family of Israel. All the ends of the earth see our God deliver us. Shout out praises to the Lord, all the earth! Break out in a joyful shout and sing!' Psalms 98:3-4 NET

Hi and welcome to my vault :), hope you had a good weekend. It is always a pleasure that you stopped by: I love to just sit and listen and watch and read and let the cool breeze on my face or the heat from the sun. Welcome, smile!
Come and let us sit outside, I have the fire going and we can watch the fireworks too. See Saturday I was out with the Youth and we did some pretty cool fireworks. They are such a blessing and I love seeing how they are so kind with each other and bringing along their school friends.
So that was my Saturday evening after a day with a friend actually in the spa getting some pedicure. I love to pamper myself, why not! Try it sometimes if you don’t already.
And yesterday was Remembrance Sunday in the U.K.
We remember the lives lost in the war. I don’t like war, I don’t think anyone does. Well, except the devil, by the way in case you didn’t know he hates you with passion and will do anything to spoil your relationships. All relationships! starting with God, then men so watch out for he prowls like a lion. It means he is not one, But in Revelation 5:5′ Then one of the elders said to me, “Stop weeping! Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered; thus he can open the scroll and its seven seals.”’
We only have One He is the Lion of the tribe of Judah and the Lamb that died to save the world and rose and is seated on the throne. Who has made our relationships into Love that is worth fighting for He conquered both sin and death So yes! Focus on the Lord my brothers and sisters Be watchful because the enemy is always watching. Don't give him a chance.
Our service in church was also on the theme of remembrance. An account was given on World War Two, but this time it is on the streets of Bermondsey what happened. Stepping into 1942, lives were lost as a bomb exploded in the streets. Shelter was provided for the wounded stranger on the side of the road, pulled into shelters as more lives were lost in the bombing.
Looking from a window, war is no good, but it gives resilience, it also senseles, too many are gone, the children suffer, communities come together to help out. You find out you are stronger than you think. We will remember all the lives lost in wars!
And as my Pastor finished with the warfare we fight daily, finally my brothers and sisters, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armour of God that You may be able to withstand against the wills of the devil
As I reflect on the words, when the soldier is ready for war the armour is worn before stepping into the unknown. You never know where those fiery arrows will come from. Yes, I say hold up that shield of faith and never drop it for it is very valuable. Like your thumb which is always needed to hold on to anything so is our faith.
And as my Pastor concluded with a thought in mind of what Paul said to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:4′ No one in military service gets entangled in matters of everyday life; otherwise he will not please the one who recruited him. ‘
So the mind wanders into the world of Grace, we have Grace not to be misused for God is not fooled and He is not a Man Yes we focus as anyone who is training for a race. Because we are on the track I love the track, the field track when you step on it All your attention is focused on the task at hand. Not on the person or persons on the sides Because if you do, you lose focus and will lose You silence all the voices in the stadium You listen to whistle and you put your head down At the sound, you run with might, and with power the wind take you, let your stride grow stronger Until you see the finish line Yes the race is a fight Am I ready to fight? Do I have my Helmet on? Because that will help me keep focus and know that the work is already prepared beforehand. All I need to do is show up! Thank you for watching through the mirror of my weekend. We thank God for all the ones that everyday give up what they should do but choose to serve We Praise God for all of them. Thank You God for all the things You do Thank You Jesus Thank You Lord for loving us
Let us come back to the task at hand.

I was reading on exercise:
Previously, it was taught that exercise keeps us slim but recently research seems to be casting doubts. I love these researchers as they cast doubts on what happened previously. We are in a world of ever changing technology where the body also needs to adapt to the present and walk with it.
But one thing you should keep in mind. Exercise is good for us, the body is not made to be still in one position all day.
It can help with weight loss and particularly with maintaining the weight maintenance but it does not have a large effect as one might be expected.
Eating High Calorie diet can cause you to store fat and become overweight. Even if you exercise a reasonable amount, you will likely have strong muscle and a High Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
An effective way to lose weight is to have your overall calorie intake reduced while increasing the level of exercise. This will also help perverse muscle and change the shape through the depletion of the fat stores.
Taking in more calories than you burn can lead to rapid weight gain. It is like balancing a scale. The more calories and the less exercise it means undeveloped muscles and a low BMR.
Low exercise meaning relatively inactive and eating a low-calorie diet can maintain a healthy weight but you will miss out on the benefits that exercise has to offer.
Some benefits of exercise
Regularly exercising helps keep the muscle strong and toned.
Your heart becomes stronger and more efficient
Helps prevent the build-up fat in the liver
It also helps improves the mood
Oh dear, look around. It is time for me to say goodbye but... hope to see you again. Thank you again for stopping by it means a lot to me. Good bye. Pray you have a wonderful week 🙂 We cannot control what happens around us, but we can control our responses. Be bless and know that the Lord loves you Lots of Love ©Hannah M Vandi. And I also pray that this verse refreshes you this week: 'However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.
