The last day of the year!

As I walk through the valley of the shadow of death 

One stops!
One reflects!
One looks ahead!

Recalling the year 
Remembering the walks 
Righteous is our God throughout the year

My soul, this is a year of focusing 
My eyes wants to look back 
My mind wants to remind me of the past mistakes 

My soul let us remember the faithfulness of God
He is our Lord and Saviour
My goodness is nothing apart from the Lord 
We will not do anything without the Lord 

What is life without God?
What is life without our Lord and Saviour?

My body has failed me countless of time
When I need it that is when it stops working 
But let us remember my soul 
The Lord is the one that heals and strengthen us
The body that fails, He gives it the strength it needs

Therefore my heart will rejoice at the glory of the Lord
My flesh will also rest in the Lord and will hope in Him
For the Lord our God has saved us and will not leave us in the pit
He will show us the path of life 
He will  lead us through the valley

In His presence is fullness of Joy
And His right Hand are pleasures forever more
My soul let us NOT  let go of the Hand of God
Let the Lord lead us down the path

I Love You Lord, my source of strength!
