It is good to give thanks to the Lord, And to sing praises to Your Name, O Most High To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, And Your faithfulness at night On an instrument of ten strings On the lute, And on the harp, With harmonious sound. For You, LORD, have made me glad through Your work I will triumph in the works of Your hands Psalms 92:1-4

Welcome to my vault, come in, it is very lovely that you dropped by.
Half way in the year The days are longer yet the winter is not far off Wait a minute the leaves will start to fall soon The wine goes down smoothly Moving gently the lips Oh let us go outside and enjoy the day Let us go early to the fields Let us see the beautiful flowers The fragrance are pleasant to the soul All manner of flowers new and old Let us drink of the spice of life
It is that time of the year to enjoy the longer days with family and friends
Get your Vit D as well
Hope you had a wonderful weekend, this weekend was, ehm, well it was focused on God. Should I say everyday should be. On Saturday we had a guest speaker – Ginny Burgin.
Her testimony and the worship songs, invoked my soul, challenged my thinking. We were very much focused on worshipping the Lord. I am not sure how I can explain it but the songs did not focus on me and that was a different experience. The songs focused on God, in the midst of glorifying the Lord, healing and peace is surrounding us.
Yes it was good to be in the company of others glorifying the Lord our God
It is always good to worship God by yourself in daily work of life and corporately as we meet on Sundays or any other day.
The faithfulness of God Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God Everlasting Father The Rock that I stand on We give thanks to You, O God, we give thanks! For Your wondrous works declare that Your Name is near Faithful God, You are who You say You are If the wind and wave can obey my Saviour Jesus Then my soul we can put to side our feelings And follow the Lord our God He is the same yesterday, He is the same today and He will be the same forever Yes my soul, our Lord is bigger than anything we face And so we were reminder that everything is a process Like a staircase, we take one step at a time By faith Let your gaze shift from the things around To our Heavenly Father Our Father in Heaven Hallowed be Your Name Your Kingdom come Your will be done On earth as it is in Heaven Give us our daily bread And forgive us our debts As we forgive our debtors And do not lead us into temptation But deliver us from the evil one For Yours is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen
Come and welcome to the vault. Hope you enjoyed your weekend and it is always a joy when you stopped by. I was having a look around and thinking of the food we should eat. Things that help our digestion and also help to get rid of the unwanted stuff out of our systems.
Today, just looking at the facts about a high fibre diet
High fibre diets reduce calories while increasing fibre. It focuses on eating plenty of vegetables and whole grains which is in line with the government guidelines on healthy eating.
High-fibre foods also need a lot of chewing, which means you eat slowly and gives the body a chance to register when you are full before you overeat
People on high fibre diets need an increase in Iron because fibre also impairs their ability to absorb iron from food
If possible leave the skin on fruit to maximise fibre intake.
Fibre also helps keep the gut healthy by bulking out and softening your stool and reducing the time it takes to pass through the bowel. This can reduce constipation
However, if your water intake is not increased then it can cause short-term constipation.
Oh dear, look around. It is time for me to say goodbye but... hope to see you again. Thank you again for stopping by it means a lot to me Pray you have a wonderful week 🙂 May your week be full of The Joy of the Lord I praise God for your life May He teach you His way as you walk in His foot path In the Name of Jesus Amen Remember, We cannot control what happens around us, but we can control our responses. Be bless and know that the Lord loves you Lots of Love - Hannah ©Hannah M Vandi. And I also pray that this verse refreshes you this week: 'However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. I ❤️ hydrangeas but am terrible at growing them.
We had gloriously mild weather this last week. It was wonderful to have the widows open & soft breezes blowing. BUT by noon today it will be 90⁰ where it will stay for the forseeable future. So I have 2 options, head to the beach or stay inside and read a book.
