'And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work,
and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom;
to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. '

2 Timothy 4:18 WEB
The water flows and enters Siloam
As the water flows downstream
And never returns, so is His words

By faith we move without seeing
The voice speaks and feet moves
The sound of water can be heard
No promises made but out of
obedience we follow the sound

The journey begins all thoughts starts
It is the foolishness, it does not make sense
My soul we obey, because of who has spoken

We move because the light came
The light was sent to brighten our day
Although we could not see He came
Everywhere He goes there is light
Our eyes were touched, for we were blind

Yes light came into our world
And all things became light
For shadows are objects of the Lord

So my soul let us dwell in the shadow of the Almighty
Let us bring the treasures to the House of the Lord
Let us never forget the benefits of the Almighty
Let us remember that the water indeed flows down
With blessings, let us rest in the Lord

Never rely on
just self
For it can be
It knows
no bound
It is infinite
and comes
with pride
when left
It becomes
that calls
itself envy

Do not rely
on self
For with it
but when
we abide
in the Lord
the truth
comes out
the light
the self

that you
cannot get
from self
Yes abide
in Him
He will
Thank you for stopping by.

Have a wonderful day and God bless.

For in the multitude of dreams and many words there is also vanity.

But fear God.

Ecclesiastes 5:7

Open the Gates

I love these moments when you capture them in the act – perfect! actually got close to him/her. It actually love the attention.
I will sing to the Lord
I will sing of His mercies forever
With my mouth will I make known His faithfulness

As I woke up, with a thirst for water
The Lord our God provides the water we need
He sends the springs into the valleys
They flow among the Hills
They give drink to every beast of the field
The wild deers quench their thirst

The birds in the wild make their own home
They sing among the branches

He waters the Earth from the Heavens
The earth is satisfied with the fruits of His blessings
The grass grows for the cattle
And plants for the service of man

What a wonderful God we serve
Yes I was in a state of illness but to
Open my gates I needed to remind myself
The God that I serve, Jesus Christ my healer
What is man? That He provides our needs
Even the little ones, He cares for us

O Lord, how numerous are Your works
In wisdom You have made them all
The earth is full of Your possessions

This great and thoughtful mind You have given us
In which we are to wear the Helmet of Salvation
As great as the sea is and it sails with wind
Sometimes the mind moves with winds
Yet we do not have to for we can stir the ship
We can stop and rest in You Lord

Even the Lions in wild, the birds in the air
The fish in the sea, they wait on You Lord
That You may give them their food in due season
What You give them, they gather in
They run and catch their prey
You open Your hands and they are filled with good things
For You are the God that only give good
You hide Your face and they are in trouble
You take away their breathe and they die and return to dust
You send forth Your spirit and life is created

Glory be to God the Father
The Son and the Holy Spirit
May the Lord rejoice in His works
He looks on the earth with compassion
And His Son was given to us
Today if you hear the voice of the Lord
Do not harden your heart as in the rebellion
But give thanks to the Lord our God
Who gives victory through the Lord Jesus Christ
We have life everlasting, no fear of death
Death is already swallowed up in victory

Blessed be God
Who has not turned away from my prayer
Nor His mercy from me.

Praises –

'Late that night, the disciples were in their boat in the middle of the lake, and Jesus was alone on land. He saw that they were in serious trouble, rowing hard and struggling against the wind and waves. About three o’clock in the morning Jesus came toward them, walking on the water. He intended to go past them, '

Mark 6:47-48 NLT
How long will these people reject? And how long will they not believe Me, with all the signs which I have performed among them.

How awesome is our God!
How majestic is He!
How thoughtful is the Lord to His people

For He never just strikes without a warning
He has compassion for us
When we are hungry, He feeds us
So we don’t feint on the way

The Lord speaks and the Lord hears our cries
Let everyone know the Power of my Lord
For it is great and He is very patient
And abundant in mercy

Forgiving our iniquities and transgression
But by no means clears the guilty
He is a Just God

He is indeed a Just God
I love the fact that our Lord has so much compassion
So much Love for everyone that calls His Name
For everyone that Loves the Lord

You can not see Him
Can we see the wind, No
But we know it blows, it touches our skin
Yes the Lord is always around

I do not need the signs to know You are always around
Yet You give the signs
You provide and clear the path I should take

What a wonderful God we serve
What a mighty God He is and beyond our imagination
What a God we serve, gravity does not define Him

'Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.”'

Hi and welcome to my vault :), hope you had a good weekend. It is always a pleasure that you stopped by: I love to just sit and listen and watch.

No one likes the dark, I have come to understand as children of God we grow up hating the dark. We want to be in the light. As I lift my eyes to the Lord the Maker of Heaven and Earth. He will guide my footsteps for the Lord my God is front as I walk in behind His footsteps. Yes, the Lord has spoken and dear friends we must follow

There is no condemnation in the light
There is no sin in the light
There is forgiveness and love
There is compassion

For the Lord our God comes down to our level
To understand what we go through
I smile because He smile first
I Love because He loved first
So let us come to the Lord, for He cares.

The vault beckons to understand the nutrients we need, come let us explore Brassica. It is always nice to know why natural food is better. Why should we eat it? What are the consequences of not having the right nutrients? All foods play an important part in the body. So many varieties, so if you don’t like one try another of the same group to ensure you get your vitamins and minerals always.

It is essential for non-vegetarians, vegetarians and vegans to eat a wide variety of foods to ensure an adequate intake of important nutrients are taken.

A food can be rich in nutrients, but how many of them will actually make it to the bloodstream?

It is important to boost them by substance and avoid substances that impairs the process

IRON: Eating a Vitamin C-rich foods along with Iron-rich foods will greatly improve the absorption of Iron.

Limit intake of tea/coffee as this impairs the absorption process.

Men require 10mg and women 15 to 18mg per day

Green Vegetables: Also adding a little fat or oil to green vegetables helps the body absorb more of the fat-soluble Vitamins A, D, E, and K

Carefully planning a diet will ensure the correct intake of nutrients.

Brassica is a genus plants of the cabbage and mustard family:

They are diverse and also united by their nutritional genius.

Offering an amazing combination of healthy Vitamins, Minerals and Phytonutrients.

They include: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, choy sum, rutabaga, turnip, brussels sprouts, spring greens, kale, and some seeds used in the production of canola oil and mustard.

Low in starch and sugar but rich in other nutrients especially vitamins

Also packed with phytochemicals – have great antioxidant taught to benefit health

Their distinctive taste and to some an off putting smell are mostly linked to their high levels of sulphur containing compounds that forms part of a chemical defence system.

The flowers, seeds, stalks and tender leaves can be eaten raw or cooked. Almost all parts of some of the species have been developed for food that includes the roots (like turnip), stems (like kohlrabi, kale), leaves (like cabbage, kale), flowers (like cauliflower, broccoli), buds (brussels sprouts, cabbage), and seeds (many, including mustard seed, and oil-producing rapeseed)

They are also sometimes grown for ornament using the white or purple foliage or flowerheads.

Brassica vegetables provide a high amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Zinc, Manganese, and soluble fibre, and contain glucosinolates

Boiling substantial reduces levels of glucosinolates, while other cooking methods such as steaming, microwaving and stir frying have no significant effect on the glucosinolates level

Thank you again for stopping by it means a lot to me.

Pray you have a wonderful week 🙂
We cannot control what happens around us,
but we can control our responses.
Be bless and know that the Lord loves you

And I also pray that this verse refreshes you this week:
I consider my life worth nothing to me;
my only aim is to finish the race and
complete the task the Lord Jesus has given
me—the task of testifying to the
good news of God’s grace. '
Acts 20:24 NIV
